25 Years building inside healthcare
57 Healthcare implementations
HIPAA + GDPR Patient data handled correctly from day one

Trusted by healthcare organizations building the next generation of care.

A successful interface does more than move a message.

The technical connection is only one part of the job. Data ownership, mapping, validation, failures, retries, exceptions and the workflow around the interface determine whether the integration works in production.

FHIR integrations

APIs, resources, authentication and application data flows.

HL7 interfaces

Message-based healthcare system integrations.

Data mapping

Translate fields, identifiers and structures between systems.

Operational reliability

Logging, retries, monitoring and exception handling.

Built for the systems around the interface.

If you are looking for an interface engine to install yourself, this is probably not the right page. If you need the integration engineered and running in production, talk to us.

Questions we get asked

Do you build HL7 interfaces?

Yes. We build and validate HL7 interfaces including message mapping, acknowledgment handling, error routing and the workflow around the interface.

Do you implement FHIR integrations?

Yes. FHIR APIs, resource design, authentication and the application data flows that consume them are core work for us.

Can you work with an existing interface engine?

Yes. If your organization already runs an interface engine, we build against it. If there is no engine and the workflow does not need one, we engineer the integration directly.

Can you integrate custom healthcare applications?

Yes. Custom patient-facing and internal software is most of what we build, and connecting it to the systems around it is usually the point of the project.

Do you handle mapping and transformation?

Yes. Field mapping, identifier reconciliation and structure translation between systems are usually where the real work is, and we treat them as first-class engineering.

Do you support production monitoring and failure handling?

Yes. Logging, retries, alerting and exception handling are part of the build, because an interface that fails silently is worse than no interface at all.

Tell us the two systems that need to talk.

Give us the systems and the data flow. We'll tell you what the interface requires, where the mapping gets hard, and what production reliability takes.
