EHR & EMR Integration Services
Connect the healthcare systems your team already depends on.
Healthcare organizations hire Vantage IO to connect EHRs, APIs, labs, patient platforms and internal systems so data moves without someone carrying it by hand.
Talk to an engineer- EHR, EMR and healthcare API integration
- FHIR, HL7 and custom data flows
- Production engineering with HIPAA and GDPR experience
Free 30 minute call
Tell an engineer what needs to connect.
Trusted by healthcare organizations building the next generation of care.
When systems do not talk, people become the integration.
Patient data gets copied between screens. Staff reconcile systems by hand. Reports depend on exports. Important information arrives late or not at all.
We engineer the connections so the systems already running your organization can work as one operation.
EHR & EMR
Patient, encounter, order and workflow data.
Healthcare APIs
Connect applications, platforms and internal systems.
Labs & health data
Move results and structured health data where they are needed.
Operational workflows
Trigger the next step when data changes, without another manual handoff.
Systems & standards we work with
- Epic
- Cerner
- eClinicalWorks
- Healthie
- Cerbo
- Quest Diagnostics
- Labcorp
- FHIR
- HL7
- SaaS APIs
Experience integrating healthcare platforms, APIs and interoperability standards.
How it works
The integration is not the endpoint.
Map the system of record
Decide which system owns each important field and event.
Build the connection
APIs, FHIR, HL7, data pipelines or the engineering required between them.
Make the workflow work
Use the connected data to eliminate duplicate entry, reconciliation and manual handoffs.
Real results
Built for healthcare organizations like yours.
Clinical AI
Lab PDFs to structured data, and 3.5 hours of research down to 5 minutes.
Insurance and health
Four platforms became one, and stayed one. Thousands of agents on a single data model.
Maritime telemedicine
One record for every crew case at sea, with live video straight to a doctor on shore.
Medical operations
Engineering for shipboard medical operations.
Health platform
Healthcare platform engineering.
What clients say
“Sam and his team move fast, communicate clearly, and bring strong technical judgment to complex healthcare AI work.”
“A unique combination of skills and an amazing team. Throughout the project, they never missed a deadline.”
“Sam and his team built our data warehouse the right way, clean, scalable, and exactly what we needed. They were responsive, pragmatic, and a genuine pleasure to work with.”
Questions we get asked
Can you integrate with our existing EHR?
In most cases, yes. We build against the APIs, FHIR endpoints, HL7 interfaces or export mechanisms your EHR exposes. Systems we have connected to include Epic, Cerner, eClinicalWorks, Healthie and Cerbo. If yours is not on that list, the first step is a short review of what it exposes.
Do you work with FHIR and HL7?
Yes. FHIR APIs and HL7 interfaces carry most healthcare integrations, and we use vendor APIs or custom data pipelines when the standard route does not cover the workflow.
Can you connect healthcare SaaS platforms and custom systems?
Yes. We connect healthcare SaaS platforms, lab providers like Quest Diagnostics and Labcorp, patient platforms and the internal or custom systems that sit around them.
Do we need to replace our existing systems?
No. The point of integration is to make the systems you already run work as one operation. Replacement only comes up when a system genuinely cannot support the workflow, and that is a separate conversation.
How do you handle PHI and HIPAA requirements?
Patient data handling is designed in from the start: encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, audit trails and data flows scoped to the minimum necessary. We bring HIPAA and GDPR experience from production healthcare systems, and we will tell you plainly where your compliance obligations sit.
How long does an integration project take?
It depends on the systems involved, the APIs they expose, who owns each piece of data and how much workflow sits around the interface. A single well documented API connection is a very different project from a multi system data flow. Scoping that honestly is what the first call is for.
