We implemented a Learning Management System (LMS), easy enough to use by regional managers to manage their individual workforce but powerful enough to track its students eveery move. We implemented gamification to encourage utilization, student activity reports to ensure compliance and a solid cloud-based foundation to support the heavy traffic demands.
